Founded in 2003, BBD Group has over 21 years of experience in the fashion accessories trade between China and Europe. Headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, the group operates branches in Xiamen, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, London, and California.

SERVICES

Watch Manufacturing

We specialize in the production of stainless steel and brass watches, as well as high-quality alloy watches. We maintain a robust supply chain within China’s watch industry and have collaborated with our component partners for over 10 years, achieving a production capacity of up to 2 million watches annually.

Bags and Accessories

With more than 23 years’ experience in bag and belt production, we offer fashionable ladies’ bags and belts in leather, PU, nylon, fabric, and canvas materials.

Design Support

We have our own designers in the UK and China who can provide you with trend reports, technical drawings, and design collaborations, as well as creative and resourceful support for new product development (from design and drawing through prototyping to volume production).

OEM/ODM Cooperation

We mainly focus on OEM services, we can design for customers or produce based on customers’ design. ODM service is also available if needed.   

Inventory and Fast Delivery

We support our partners by maintaining component inventories based on demand forecasting (including cases and dials) to reduce lead times and ensure rapid delivery.

Quality Control and Order Follow-up

Quality remains our top priority throughout the production process. We implement comprehensive quality control measures (IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC) at each production stage. By coordinating our material partners and managing the entire production workflow, we maintain quality and efficiency within an optimized supply chain.

FACTORY PROFILE

We have our own factory in Shenzhen including our own casing factory , crown factory, dust free assembly room etc.

Our factory covers an area of about 4000 square meters and has more than 300 workers. It is equipped with advanced production equipment, such as CNC machine tools, automatic drilling machines, automatic screwing machines, and environmentally friendly ultrasonic cleaning machines.
